These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WealthPilot website at wealthpilot.sparqan.com and the WealthPilot mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SparQan ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WealthPilot is a personal finance tool that helps users create debt payoff strategies and manage their financial goals. The Service is currently in beta and may change without notice.
WealthPilot does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information, tools, and calculations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. We are not a bank, lender, financial advisor, or fiduciary.
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes. Debt payoff timelines, savings estimates, and other projections are approximations based on the information you provide and may not reflect actual results.
All content, design, code, and branding on the Service are owned by SparQan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or final product. We reserve the right to grant, limit, or revoke beta access at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparQan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SparQan from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state where SparQan is headquartered.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
